The Women’s Friendship Cup is celebrating its 40th Anniversary of play this year with a competition at the Burlington Tennis Club, in Burlington, VT on June 24 & 25, 2023. Matches are planned for the 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. time period on both days.

The Cup is a multi-aged annual event held between a team from Quebec and a team from Vermont. In its current format, this USTA event, features two players in each age group (40s, 45s, 50s, 55s, 60s, 65s and 70s). The format features players competing in singles on Saturday and pairing together with the teammate in their age group to play a doubles match on Sunday. The Cup is awarded to the team with the most wins after the completion of the event. In addition to the competition, the event features social activities to foster the spirit of friendship with our competitors from across the border and an exchange of gifts at the start of the competition. Host sites alternate between Quebec and New England.
