USTA Vermont is looking to build a service network of volunteers who can support our work at their desired level of participation. None of us on the Board of Directors is a paid employee; we dedicate our time and energy to building a bigger and more inclusive tennis community because we believe together we can make tennis available for all. We are currently looking for volunteers at all levels in the following areas:
- Awards Committee members to support a statewide canvas of organizations and providers to nominate at the State, Sectional, and National level (periodic support)
- Event or project based support as needed
- On-going participation in coaching or officials recruitment
- Communications support (social media posts, story development, club news and updates)
- Advisory support (periodic legal or financial input)
- Grants committee participants (periodic support)
- Technology: High School Coaches database creation and support
